Box Office/Tickets
The box office is located on the 2nd floor of Shibuya Hikarie. Business hours are 11:00-18:00. Same-day tickets are available on the 13th floor.

Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are not permitted in the auditorium or 1st-floor foyer. Drinks and snacks are available at THE THEATRE BAR in the 2nd-floor foyer. On the 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie, where the theater entrance is located, there is a modern Italian dining restaurant, “THE THEATRE TABLE,” and a coffee stand, “THE THEATRE COFFEE.”
Cloakroom/Lockers
There is a cloakroom in the foyer on the first floor of the Tokyu Theatre Orb. Luggage, carry-on cases, etc., may be checked in, but please note that clothing, umbrellas, valuables, fragile items, food, etc., will not be accepted.
Rental
Seat Cushions for Children
Seat Cushions are available for small children. It can be borrowed from the cloakroom in the first-floor foyer. Note that there are restrictions on the seats, height, and number of mats that can be used.
Opera Glasses
Opera glasses are available for rent. (Some performances are not available.)
Note that there is a limit to the number of glasses that can be rented.

Wheelchair
Wheelchairs are available for rent. Inquire at the theater entrance. Note that the number of wheelchairs is limited.
Accessibility
Watching a show in a wheelchair
For all performances, wheelchair seating is available in the first-floor seating area. Wheelchair seating must be reserved in advance. Contact the theatre to let them know your situation (e.g., if you are wheelchair-accessible, would like to see the performance with an escort, etc.) and make a reservation. Even if you have already purchased a ticket, please contact the theater for details on wheelchair seating.
Accessible restroom
Tokyu Theatre Orb has ostomate-accessible universal restrooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Priority elevators connect to each floor of the theater. Note that the restrooms are available for use from the doors open until the show’s end.
Child Development Center
There are no child development center in Tokyu Theatre Orb or Shibuya Hikarie. Still, we have a partnership with “Poppins Kids Room” in Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, which can be used at a preferential price.
Smoking Area
After entering the Tokyu Theatre Orb, use the smoking room in the 2nd-floor foyer. Smoking is prohibited in all theater areas except the smoking room.
