Box Office/Tickets
The box office is located beside the entrance. View business day/hours. If your companion arrives late, they can keep your ticket at the reception desk on the 1st floor after the doors open only on the day of the performance. Please note that the handling of tickets may differ depending on the performance sponsor.

Re-entery
It is possible to reenter during the show. Please follow the guidance of the theater staff. Please note that there may be times after the show when you cannot reenter the theater or be shown to your seat. You may also leave the theater. Please be sure to bring your ticket with you when you leave, as staff will need to see your ticket upon re-entry.
Cloakroom/Lockers
There is a cloakroom in the Piloti. There are no coin lockers.
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are available in the lobby. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the auditorium.
Rental
Seat Cushions for Children
Cushions are available for children. Please ask the information desk on the first floor on the day of your visit.
Lap Blankets
The lending of lap blanket will be suspended for the time being.
Opera Glasses
Opera glasses are not available for loan. Simple paper opera glasses (with Nissay Theatre logo, 3x) are available at the concession.
Accessibility
Watching a show in a wheelchair
There is space for wheelchair users in the theatre. Space is limited, so wheelchair-accessible visitors are advised to contact the respective performance organizers in advance.
Accessible restroom
It is located in the lobby on the 2nd floor of the auditorium. The theater staff will guide you to the elevator when you use it.
Child Development Center
No childcare facilities are available in the theater.
Lost and Found
The theatre staff will inspect the venue after the show and keep your lost and found. Please call the theatre.
