Box Office/Tickets

The box office is located beside the entrance. View business day/hours. Tickets will be collected at the reception counter on the 1st floor only during the opening time of the performance indicated on the ticket. Please note that tickets for earlier performances will not be accepted. If you have lost or forgotten your ticket, please contact the theater directly.

Taking a Picture

Photography is allowed in the lobby but is strictly prohibited in the auditorium.

Re-entery

Please carry one ticket per person when you go out, as we will see your ticket when you re-enter the venue.

Entrance During Performance

You may enter during the performance, but there may be times when you cannot be shown to your seat due to production reasons. Please understand this in advance.

Cloakroom/Lockers

Use the lockers (free of charge) located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Large items that do not fit in the lockers and coats can be checked in at the cloakroom on the 1st floor.
*Please understand that the number of lockers is limited.
*Please pick up your baggage after the matinee performance, even if you will see both the matinee and evening performances in succession.

Food and Beverages

Beverages are available for purchase in the lobby of the venue. Café IMPERIAL is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Imperial Palace moat and Hibiya Park (open only during intermission). There are also cafes and restaurants in the basement of the Teigeki Building.

Available for rent at the store on the 1st floor (rental fee 500 yen, deposit 5,000 yen).

Accessibility

Watching a show in a wheelchair

Theater staff will escort you to your seat. We ask for your cooperation in notifying us in advance. There is also a space for wheelchair-accessible audience.

When making a reservation, provide the following information by phone.

  • name
  • number of people in your party,
  • contact information
  • whether or not you are wheelchair accessible
  • how you plan to get to the theater
  • estimated arrival time

If you are able to transfer from your wheelchair to a seat, you may also see the play in a regular seat.

On the day of the performance, an attendant will guide you to the barrier-free entrance or elevator. Feel free to ask the attendant if you need to use the restrooms or move from one place to another. The staff will escort you to the exit when you leave the theater.

Accessible restroom

A multi-purpose restroom is available on the basement floor of the Teigeki Building.

Smoking Area

Smoking is prohibited in all theaters. Please use the refreshment room on the basement floor of the Teigeki Building.

First-aid Room

First aid rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Contact the theater staff if you need assistance.
